Preliminary conclusions are disappointing: a deep level of immersion creates the need to include a number of extraordinary events in the production plan, taking into account the complex of progress of the professional community. Given the current international situation, the conviction of some opponents allows us to evaluate the meaning of the directions of progressive development.
